Akkodis is Seeking a Clinical Pharmacist as a contractor for the location of Tallahassee FL (Remote). It is a contract Position for 3 months.
Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Duties
Education/Licensing Requirements:
● Valid Pharmacist License in Florida -
Experience Requirements
● At least 4 years of experience as clinical MTM pharmacist. (Management experience preferred)
● Familiar with driving Part D Star measures. Specifically, SUPD, SPC, and CMR.
● Understanding of pharmaceutical and medical vocabulary
● Clinical experience in medication review.
Essential Skills/Experience:
● Fluently speak, read, and write English
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Experience using salesforce preferred
● Must be tech savvy
Essential Characteristics:
● Self-directed and organized
● Discrete/ability to maintain confidentiality
● Detail-oriented
● Sense of urgency
Essential Job Responsibilities:
● Conducting outbound phone calls. (100 calls per day)
● Completing comprehensive medication reviews.
● Conducting medication therapy management services.
● Accuracy and speed in entry of patient-specific prescription information, diagnosis information, and recommendations into a third-party, web-based application
