We are seeking a CNC Machining Supervisor to lead and support a team of CNC machinists in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in Conyers, GA. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day CNC router operations, ensuring precision parts are produced to meet strict quality, safety, and production goals. The supervisor will work closely with machinists to set up equipment, interpret technical drawings and traveler packages, and troubleshoot issues as they arise, while driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with CNC machining, including setup, tooling, and in-process inspection. This role requires an individual who can balance leadership with technical skills, providing guidance and training to machinists while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Knowledge of blueprint reading, measuring tools, and SolidWorks or CNC programming is preferred, along with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain accurate production records. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay in the $20–$25 per hour range and the opportunity to grow with a respected manufacturer.
