About Us

We’re a growing, design-forward hospitality group operating four distinct concepts across NYC and the East End; including a brasserie, cocktail bar, quick-service café, and seasonal coastal-Italian flagship. Our venues are   unified by strong brand identity, thoughtful food and beverage programming, and a culture of execution with style. As we scale, we’re seeking an operator who leads from the floor  and from the numbers: someone who can   bring rigor, urgency, and alignment across multiple outlets without losing touch with the guest experience.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position overseeing day-to-day operations, team performance, and financial accountability across all properties. You'll be responsible for implementing systems, developing management   teams, optimizing labor and cost structures, and supporting service excellence in coordination with GMs, chefs, bar directors, and ownership.

You’ll be based primarily in NYC but expected to stay connected to seasonal operations in the Hamptons (late spring to early fall), and collaborate with brand, culinary, and finance leadership on a weekly basis.

  Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support GMs and department heads across all units (FOH/BOH/Bar/Admin)

• Ensure daily operations meet brand standards and service benchmarks

• Oversee and enforce labor, COGS, and financial targets with weekly accountability

• Implement inventory, scheduling, tip tracking, and reporting systems (Toast, 7Shifts, MarginEdge, OpenTable, Resy etc.)

• Monitor and improve team execution around training, pre-shifts, guest recovery, and reservations management

• Manage cross-property initiatives, promotions, and seasonal calendar rollouts

• Collaborate with CRO on pacing, large party flow, and event strategy

• Coordinate with finance team on weekly reporting, payroll reviews, and cost audits

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance development for hourly and salaried staff

What Success Looks Like

• Weekly sales and labor targets are consistently tracked and actioned

• GMs are developed into accountable, high-performing leaders

• Systems (inventory, res, tip pool, training, etc.) are implemented and followed

• Floor execution is tight, consistent, and brand-aligned

• Ownership is not chasing numbers or issues: you are

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in senior multi-unit ops leadership, ideally in NYC or similar urban markets

• Strong financial literacy (labor, COGS, margin control)

• Comfortable with hospitality tech: MarginEdge, Toast, 7Shifts, OpenTable, TipHaus, etc.

• Experienced in both fine casual and high-touch full service environments

• Clear communicator and confident decision-maker

• Calm under pressure, proactive, with strong follow-through

• Guest-first but business-minded
