Job Summary:
The HR / Recruiter / Office Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our office while managing hiring and onboarding efforts for traffic control field staff. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for candidates, assist with employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures—all while maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment.
Human Resources and Recruitment
Payroll Support
· Assist with time tacking system maintenance and troubleshooting.
· Assist with payroll corrections or adjustments as needed.
· Prepare and manage certified payroll reports in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Office Administration
· Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
· Support field supervisors and management with administrative tasks
· Responsible for gathering and maintaining all required contract documentation, including COIs, W-9s, and project-specific details.
· Review contracts to determine federal job status and certified payroll requirements, ensuring all information is accurately reflected in the contract folder.
· Updates inventory records (e.g., work zone signage) and submit contracts for signature upon approval, with timely follow-up to ensure completion.
