Job Description

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – remote flexibility with some travel required)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours

Compensation: $38.00–$50.00/hr (Estimated Annual Salary: $80,000–$105,000)

TalentLNX is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee front-end revenue cycle operations, with a focus on patient account management, insurance verification, billing, and customer service. This role requires both technical revenue cycle expertise and strong leadership skills to guide a team, build efficient processes, and ensure successful reimbursement outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for patient registration, eligibility, verification, billing, and customer service
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure accurate claim submissions and maximize reimbursement
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and performance metrics to improve efficiency
  • Partner with internal teams and external payors to resolve claims issues and reimbursement delays
  • Manage patient billing activities and provide oversight to support collections and account resolution
  • Coach and develop staff, ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and accountability
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to strengthen revenue cycle results
  • Provide reporting and insights to leadership on operational performance and trends

Qualifications:

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Preferred: Revenue cycle or coding certifications (e.g., CRCE, CRCR, CPC)

Experience

  • 7+ years of healthcare industry experience
  • 5+ years of direct revenue cycle management or related functions
  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Background in patient billing, insurance follow-up, or call center oversight is a plus

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes
  • Proven leadership and team-building experience
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and drive resolution
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and patient service

Work Environment:

This role is based in Columbus, OH and offers hybrid remote flexibility with some travel required. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee a dynamic team and collaborate across leadership and operational groups.
