I am working with a Houston-based litigation boutique that is hiring a Senior Associate (5–8 years) to lead plaintiff side, complex litigation matters. This role requires someone who can run cases independently, manage litigation strategy, and drive impactful results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented firm. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing firm focused on a niche area and will focus on class actions, data breach, and privacy cases.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and lead class actions from complaint to resolution
• Handle motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial prep
• Oversee support teams and coordinate with co-counsel
• Stay on top of evolving privacy and consumer protection laws

You Bring:

• JD and TX bar license
• 5–8 years of litigation experience (class action, consumer, PI, or complex litigation)
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
• Ability to take initiative and thrive in a collaborative team
