This role combines strong technical knowledge (power supply, cooling systems, data center operations) with project management expertise to ensure successful end-to-end execution. The TPM will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and account managers, serving as both a project leader and a technical liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the full technical project lifecycle, including scoping, design, execution, testing, and deployment.

Technical Oversight

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and operations teams to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
  • Support integration of solution components such as APIs, middleware, SaaS platforms, or enterprise IT systems.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic customers, account managers, and cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations, and service).
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and technical trade-offs clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Site & Quality Management

  • Conduct site evaluations, review design specifications, and oversee installation and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout project execution.
  • Travel up to 30% may be required for site visits, vendor inspections, and customer engagements.

Financial & Project Controls

  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, expenses, and margins.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project and financial exposure.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including charters, technical submittals, workflows, and performance reports.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, financial health, and technical performance to stakeholders.

Vendor & OEM/ODM Coordination

  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers and OEM/ODM partners to ensure timely deliverables and compliance with specifications.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate terms, and optimize procurement strategies to improve efficiency and value.

Minium Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Experience: 5+ years managing technical projects in power infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, or solution component integration.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders.

Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

 Experience supporting colocation, hyperscale, or enterprise data centers.

 Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, DCEP, or ATD.

 Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and technical project handoffs.

 Background in OEM/ODM project management and global supply chain/vendor collaboration.
